Why Try Therapy Now?

You might be:

  • Constantly overthinking or feeling anxious

Big Emotions
Parent Coaching

Helping parents reduce meltdowns, improve emotional regulation, and create calmer, more connected homes.

Who This Is For?

  • Parents struggling with frequent child meltdowns, defiance, or emotional outbursts.

  • Parents who want an accelerated approach rather than traditional family sessions.

  • Families feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how to respond effectively

  • Parents ready for practical strategies, not just advice

How It Works:

This structured, short-term coaching program (4–6 sessions, 45–60 minutes each) is designed to give you practical tools you can start using right away—offering a more focused approach than traditional therapy.

  • Understand your child’s emotional triggers

  • Learn step-by-step response strategies

  • Reduce daily conflicts and power struggles

  • Build emotional regulation and coping skills

  • Optional between-session support

Why Self-Pay Works Best:

While I accept insurance for traditional therapy sessions, this coaching program is self-pay to allow a focused, outcome-driven approach. Insurance often doesn’t cover coaching or skill-building, so this program gives you practical tools and faster results without the constraints of insurance requirements.

Package Pricing:

4 sessions: $600

6 sessions: $900

Investing in this program gives you a clear plan, structured support, and strategies you can implement immediately—so you spend less time managing meltdowns and more time enjoying your child.
